Waves with NO flat iron and curling iron?

I dont know how to scrunch so you can teach me that. I have a flat iron but I perfer 1 inch but I havent got one. You can teach me with a flat iron though. I dont have rollers either. Please teach meWaves with NO flat iron and curling iron?

all you do is put a bit of mousse all through ur hair (damp, but 3/4 dry hair) %26amp; then put your hair into one plait down ur back (if you have long hair) or one on each side of your head like pigtails, but plaited. Then leave it in overnight %26amp; the next morning just take the plait/braid out %26amp; its all done, wavy hair without using any heat or tools at all. :-)
